As a composer and performing musician, I have always been fascinated by the exploration of inner-bodily processes and gestures evoked by music. Especially while performing on the piano I perceive a certain (fixed yet flexible) body pressure as a variable of consciousness in the music - therefore the body itself functions like a chamber of resonance. Asking myself again and again “How does the music actually feel to my body?” and “How can I concretize those (ecstatic) experiences?” is of central importance to my artistry.
